Il serait temps d’organiser vos contenus pour que vos moteurs de recherche soient plus intelligents et puissent contextualiser votre offre. Ça rappelle Ambient findability (O’Reilly, 2005).

Une étude qui met en lumière le maillon faible des systèmes de recherche d’entreprise (Coveo, Endeca, Lucene, etc.). Les algorithmes ne remplacent pas le travail des « curateurs de contenus » ou, plus particulièrement, la contextualisation de la recherche et des résultats.
